Ipod issues... please help?

Question

Earlier when I was listening to it it froze up. I did the toggle thing and it didn't work so I plugged it into the computer. The screen on it went blank and itunes said that it was corrupted and to restart my computer. But now whenever I plug my ipod in it doesn't even connect with itunes. It won't even play music, it just stays blank.

Is there anything else I can do or try? or is it just broken?

OK i had same problem. Toggle hold back and fourth like 2 times. Then hold menu and the circle button it should unfreeze and work again.

If it is the Nano or classic iPod: press and hold the MENU and the Center buttons until the iPod screen goes off and then the apple logo should appear... wait for a few secs and then your ipod should restart...

if it is the iPod touch press and hold the HOME button and the button at the top of the iPod until the iPod restarts....

what ipod is it.
