Ipod movie orginization?

Question

ok, i already have the movies converted to mp4, and they are alredy in itunes library in the "movies" folder.

but i have many different things i want separate, like i want my season of invader zim to be in an "invader zim" folder, and i want all my ginga densetsu weed movies to be in a "ginga densetsu weed" folder,

now i have already tried making a new folder , but once i have a new folder labeled "invader zim", i cannot get the files from "movies" to the new folder, how can i do this?
