Ipod music syncing program (for mac)? ?

I was curious if there was a program that allowed me to copy the songs from my Ipod onto my computer, i have had my ipod for four years and I can feel it on its final days.

I used limewire so the apple store will only sync songs that I have bought through them, which leaves me with like two songs.

So back to the question, is there a FREE program that i can download (for a MAC) that allows me yo sync my music from my ipod to my computer?
