Ipod nano help! its not under my control!?

ok what happened was i made a new account on my computer and deleted the old one. i logged in on itunes with my itunes account and i figured id better take some songs out of my ipod so i connected it and i unchecked some of the songs i didnt want and when i try to sync my ipod it says that it cannot be synced because i dont have enough priviledges. i already authorized my computer so idk whats going on..help?

  1. press the restore button on the page that pops up when you plug in your i pod. then let it resote and then you will get all your songs back, trust me, ive had that happen b4 lots of times, i have had my i pod for 3 years now
