i have an ipod nano and it has frozen the song is up but no playing there is an locked sign in the corner but it is not on hold and were it is ment to have the play bar showing how far along the song is there is dots im only 14 and i dont want to tell my dadive plugged it in the laptop but it has done nothing i pugged it in the my other comp first that when it froze please help me :(
