Ipod not responding!

My IPod seems to be stuck on lock. It has the time, a little play sign, and the battery half full sign.

..I can't get it to respond. It's like, it's stuck! Help!

  1. Call the service dealer by the phone number on your manual.


  2.    1.  Toggle the Hold switch on and off. (Slide it to Hold, then turn it off again.)

       2. Press and hold the Play/Pause and Menu buttons simultaneously until the Apple/iPod logo appears, about 6 to 8 seconds. You may need to repeat this step.


  3. hold the menue button and the middle bitton at the same time and wait till it responds. may take a while but not that long.

  4. do what DJ VHS said.

  5. well its frozen. the best thing to do is to wait till it runs out of battery. ipods dot have removable batteries so you cant just disconnect them when it is not responding. the other option would be to press menu and select for about 6 seconds. this should reset your ipod.

  6. Try going to www.apple.com/itunes. You can ask the experts what you can do about it. Hope it helps!
