QUESTION IS LAST PARAGRAPH U DON'T NEED TO READ IT ALL BUT DON'T LEAVE STUPID ANSWERS BECAUSE I WENT THROUGH 3O MINUTES OF TESTING

I just got a FM transmitter so i can use my ipod in my car. I've been previously using cd's in my car and my speakers sound great with them. then when i use my ipod with my fm transmitter the speakers get really fuzzy and static (like listening to a faded out radio station).

I thought i bought a c**p FM transmitter so i tried my friends and i got the same problem. Then i tried his mp3 touch with my fm transmitter and i got clear sound.. like with cd's..

he tried my ipod in his car with mine and his fm transmitters and he got the same fuzzy static..

we came to the conclusion that my ipod was the cause..

THE QUESTION IS

I own a 2nd gen ipod nano.. has anyone else experienced this problem and will a 3rd gen give me same results.. (static in car speakers) if so what do u recommend me get.. I always thought my friends mp3 player was retarded until now.

  1. I would strongly suggest you stay off the fm transmitters.

    One - They are expensive

Two - You will always have static

The best thing to do is to buy a cassette player that goes into any headphone jack ( this is only if you have a cassette player in your car ). About $7 - $20

    And / Or

Buy an axillary cable for your stereo ( again, only if you have a radio with an axially input ) About $7 - $20
