Ipod touch 2.0.2 jailbreak?

if i jailbreak my ipod on 2.0.2 will i still have appstore?

before someone embarrases themself there is a way to have the 2.0 software jailbroken , i dont have to downgrade to 1.0.2 -> 1.1.4
