Ipod touch and iphone-----quickpwn reboots into recovery mode?

when i try to quickpwn my ipod touch it goes to the pineapple with the spinner below then after like 10 mins it shuts off and reboots into recoveru mode what do i do and i cant restore with itunes and DONT TELL ME WHERE I CAN GET A FREE IPHONE OR IPOD

what firmware is your ipod currently running?? is it running 2.0 because you must update the firmware to 2.0.2 using itunes first then use quickpwn to pwn that firmware. the quickpwn will not update your ipod.
