Ipod touch connection?

my ipod touch doesn't have safari,you tube,weather, etc. I checked my wi-fi and i'm connected. I just recently restored my ipod. I still don't have connection! Any help?

  1. Try sending your iPod in to apple or find an apple store near you and they should help you out.
