Ipod touch/ipod classic price drop september 2008?

I've heard many rumors that the ipod touchs price will be drop and a new model of the nano is coming out. What can we expect the new prices or GB to be? Also what will happen to the ipod classic?

Another question is how much space will videos take. I was under the impression that a 90 min movie may be 2-3GB, but one of my friends has videos and they take up a lot less space. Why?

As for the rumors, I've heard them all too, but there's still no proof as of yet.

A 90 minute movie, decent quality, in mp4 format would be around 700-800mb typically.  The quality really determines the size.  The same 90 minute movie, in very high quality, could be over 1gb.  But it shouldn't be over about 1.2 - 1.4gb even at the best quality.
