Ipod touch questionn...Help PLz!!!

ok i have a new ipod touch, i want to hook up my ipod to my friends computer so i can get the songs that she has off her comp to my ipod but she has a nano. Will it work? ifso tell me how to do it without wiping off her songs.

yea it will work it dnt matter wether u add a touch a phone or a video it will jus read it as an ipod and download the songz the bad thing is onnce u connect it to ur computer u wll have to erase all the other songs because u can connect as many ipods to one itunes but only one itunes to each ipod
