Ipod touch really worth the money?

Question

i was thinking of buying the 8gb ipod touch for my next paycheck and it costs like 300 bucks

well my dad was like are you sure you want to waste that much money on a mp3 player? so that got me thinking

what do you guys think?

get the 8gb nano. the touch is like the size of a brick. my mate has the iphone and they use the same case. massive.

It is worth every penny even though ppl think then why not get a phone an iPhone to be precise i would say like wtf i want an ipod and touch is their best offering till date i am currently enjoyin the apps on my firmware 2.0 I recommend you to go and get it.

Plan and Simple Yes... but wait untill september because they might drop the prices of the iPod Touch along with releasing a new one... so just wait... but yes the are worth the money
