Ipod touch sync problems!

Question

i just got it 3 days ago and i bought 3 shows. every time i go to plug it into the computer it stats to sync and it has to put all of my music and all of my shows back on it and it takes 45 minutes. today when i plugged it in to charge it didnt sync at all and when i unplugged it nothing was on the ipod!

i just reset it 4 hours ago thinking that would help but it still does the same thing!!

will someone please help me?

also, if you have any stupid comments about my spelling or grammar, keep it to your self and get a life. if your so smart then you should know there are much better things you could be doing with your time. THANKS!

what kind of os are you running? windows? vista, xp? mac, 10.4.8 or later.

i would try a force restore

if this doesn't work, i would try creating a new user and restoring in there.

if that doesn't try restoring on another computer

i would try syncing on a new user as well and see if that helps.

I would also try using msconfig and turning everything  off and see if a third party is blocking the sync

these may sound crazy but they help with syncing issues

Okay, don't panic. Make sure that all of your shows and other media are checked in both your library and the in Devices. Otherwise, if your shows aren't checked in each, they'll keep on having to be synced over and over again.
