Ipod touch trouble...?!?!?!?

i just bought my new ipod touch today and i brought it home and i would like to get songs on it using itunes...but wen i plug it in all that comes up is stuff from adobe photoshop. i want to get songs on it tonite but i need help. its to late to call a service center. and remember that it has no songs on it or vids or pics. but i would like to put some on. plz help...?!

I am not really sure what your asking. Have you ever had an ipod of any kind before? Do you know how to use itunes? I would plug in your ipod and sync it.

DOWNLOAD THE LATEST ITUNES SOFTWARE THEN YOU PUT MUSIC ON THERE THEN ONCE YOU DO THAT PLUG UP YOUR IPOD AND IF U HAVENT REGISTERED IT DO SO AND IT SHOULD POP UP WAT U NAMED UR IPOD....

Your first step is to download Itunes.  You download music through that program and your Ipod works with the program to synchronize to your ipod.
