Ipod video 30gb wont connect to computer?

When i connect it to a connecter on and outlet it charges but how can i put music when it wont connect to any computers ?

  1. Maybe you don't have iTunes installed, or you don't have the right software.

    It will work on XX/Vista and apple software, but not on ones like Avant.


  2. uninstall & reinstall the software(without the ipod in the usb slot)
