Ipod video and music videos?

Question

i need a small sized software to put the music videos i download off of google or yahoo to be able to work on my ipod video i also need a way to get all my songs off of my ipod.

i wants small softwares to work with and yes i know its illegal don't say anything about it.

Well im just going to throw this one in...i personally get .flv from places like you tube..and i put them on my iPod Nano 3G

but i first convert them to MP4 obviously...i use youtube to iPod converter..works great.
