  1. No.  The international telephone country code for Iran is +98.

    If you were to dial a phone in Iran from a telephone outside Iran, you would have to put the "98" in front of the phone number so that your phone call is routed to Iran and not to some other local phone where you are.

    Iran does not have ZIP Codes.  A ZIP Code is the name for a postal code used by the United States Postal Service.  ZIP Codes only exist in the United States, its territories, and in a few island nations in the Pacific Ocean where the US Postal Service provides mail services for them.

    As far as I can tell, the postal system in Iran does not use postal codes, although I'm not completely sure about that.
