Ireland HELP me!!!!?

Question

My ex husband moved to ireland to avoid paying child support for our 4 children. I need help tracking him down. He's called Gerard Halpin I think he's in Cork city. I beg anyone to check the electoral register and tell me his address so then I can get a maintenance order. xxxxxx thank you

im living in cork city so i will try and find the info out for you but how long ago did he move here. just checked the phone book and there is no g. halpin in there but only t14 listed has he any family under that name here
