Ireland Visa apeal will be success or college will send a letter to embassy regarding student?

This is my question, because my student visa refused, they asked me to appeal within two months to get visa. The consultant said that the College which i applied for visa said they sending letter to Embassy, it is right that it will work.

Syed Irish here. There must be good reasons why your visa was refused. You should submit any relevant documentation that will address the reasons given for the refusal of your visa application. But you don't mention why you were refused visa on this in the first place.

nobody can tell you if it will be successful or not, it is up to administration to say so, not sure if it will work? the immigration will have the last say so, if your application was denied, you will have to change something in your application for it to be accepted at the appeal; is there anything that can be changed or improved?
