The match was reduced to 23 overs due to rain.

The Irish women won one match while the other was tied. They are currently third in the pool.

Irish Captain, Clare Shillington was holding one end as wickets kept falling in quick succession from the other.
Shillington was the third to go back to the pavilion after scoring 19 runs off 26 balls with the help of three fours. Pakistan women bowlers were unplayable and did not let the Irish get away with much.
The Irish lost the 4th and 5th wickets in a span of just 9 runs. Laura Delany stood firm at one end but no other batter was able to support her stand. Wickets kept tumbling as the Irish slumped to 68 runs before they went all out in
22.1 overs.
Delany was the top scorer with 20 runs off 48 balls, unfortunately, nine of the players could not even reach double figures.
