My Significant Other (SO) and I will be coming to Ireland, probably to Dublin, in March (what better place to spend St. Patrick's Day?) and W/we would like to meet others who are like-minded, possibly find a dungeon to play in. Can anybody send U/us in the right direction?

  1. You want to play in a dungeon, what age are you, 5?  Head West and then North.

  2. Come and join us in Ballydung!

Just don't bring your SO with you.

    Edit:

Forget about it. If you're 59 you're too old for us!

We thought you were around 25.........

Shame though, we have plenty of dungeons in Ballydung Manor ;-)

  3. Yes, Dublin is a good place to spend Paddy's Day. However, it's not representative of Ireland as a whole, and for all that it's the capital of the Republic, still has a very English feel to it. Even native Dubliners think this.

Try to get out and see other parts, head west and south.

  4. Dungeon? What are you talking about? If you are talking about something got to do with dragons etc then maybe you should be looking to Wales?

EDIT: My, my, aren't you the little nasty person to people trying to help! Rude, rude, rude!!!

  5. Unless you have your heart set on Dublin, can I recommend you look around? Dublin is OK but a bit rough and you don't get much of a feeling of the Irish way of life there. It's just a normal city really.

I spent this summer in Ireland and had an amazing time in places like Galway and Kerry. I'd really recommend Galway as a great place to experience the 'craic' and have a great time. People are much friendlier there too!
