  1. You will probably have to pay a fine, but are not likely to lose your licence this time.

However, if you continue to drive while drunk, you will certainly lose your licence.

And if you drive without a licence, it could be very serious indeed. I don't recommend it.

I think you should contact a solicitor instead of asking questions here.

  2. I hope they take you off the road, you should never drive under the influence......especially if your licence isn't valid.

    What is wrong with you?

Its NOT acceptable here....you shouldn't just be worrying about whether or not they'll "catch" you.

I reckon you should clean up your act....or better yet, go back to where youre from...this country has enough d**n problems without excess, unnecessary deaths on the roads

  3. Driving while drunk... you are lucky to have been caught before you caused an accident, you could have killed someone, including yourself.

You will get a fine no doubt. But I am ashamed to say that a close friend of mine (Irish) was caught doing the same and he is banned from the roads for 2 years, its getting serious.

If you are caught while banned, without a license then its going to be more serious. You may get a suspended sentence even and a bigger fine and off the roads for years.
