Ireland elect to bat after winning toss against Pakistan
Ireland have won the toss and decided to bat first against Pakistan in the second of the two-match One Day International (ODI) series, at the Civil Service Cricket Club, Stormont, Belfast in Ireland. The visitors had won the first match of the series and
will be looking to win this game today on Monday, May 30th, 2011, to complete the series win.
The good news for the fans worldwide is that the sky is clear and the match will start on the scheduled time. However, there are some showers predicted later on during the game.
The pitch at Belfast is expected to be good for batting, but there will be some assistance for the seam bowlers with the new ball. The hosts will be eying to score at-least 240 in order to pressurise the opposition. Ireland have made no changes to their
playing-11, which failed miserably in the first ODI.

On the other hand, the Men in Green have made just one change to their side, as they brought in all-rounder, Hammad Azam in the side for fast bowler, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Misbah-ul-Haq-c1972

However, the conditions are totally different today and the hosts will have to put in a solid effort to trouble the http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Pakistan-c755 team. The visitors have a very good blend of youth and experience and can prove to be a dangerous side against any opposition of
the world.
The home team will have to bat really well to post a decent total, especially against the spinners, Ajmal and Hafeez, who have been performing with consistency in the recent past.
