  1. Much colder and damper pack warm clothing

  2. Hi Trish..

    I'm Irish so I'll tell u straight..Irish weather, June included, aint fantastic!!

    We have a temperate or moderate climate meaning so-so summers and mild winters...June..well the evenings will be bright until nearly 11pm, it'll be warm..hopefully..but not 'hot'.

    A shower of rain is never far away but they clear quickly..nothing extreme.

    As for food..anything u like..its all here!

    From worldwide fastfood outlets..McDonalds,BurgerKing..to tradional Irish reataurants, Chinese ,Vietnamese,Thai restaurants, French,Italian,Pizza,pasta houses, cafes,every type of restaurant imaginable..the food will be the same as home, u can drink the tap-water!

    Email me if u want specific info on places you're visiting,or if you want to know about different towns and cities

    Paul

  3. Ireland is lovley all year round, but don't be fooled, it is summer time but the water is still FREEZING as it would be during the winter. & there are bars on like every corner.

  4. Ireland is never easy to predict in Ireland. Sometimes it is okish in June and last year it was absoluity...ROASTING!! and what was i doing.....The fecking JUNIOR CERT!! The one time it was warm here and i was stuck doing state exams! Depressing i dunno how i studied it was so hot but i managed it.....barely!

    The food here is the same normal food... there are fries in the morning (eggs, bacon, pudding etc.) potatoes and meat and veg and stuff for dinner and ice cream/apple tart etc. for dessert.

    A few translations

    America = Ireland

    chips = crisps

    fries = chips

    potatoes=spuds (only said really by country people)

  5. Bring your umbrella because it's gonna rain a lot. I was there last August and I only saw the sun for @ 3 hours in 5 days. But it's also good because everything is so lush and green. And you'll also want to bring some food with you. I have never had worse food than when I was in Ireland and England. I spent days eating only bread and candy bars. And make sure not to eat anything beef, It tastes horrible. Other than that Ireland is awesome. The people are great and the scenery is wonderful.
