  1. Why do you want to go to Irland ???

  2. sorry don't know and as for Camp petes why would u want to go to ireland

1~ its one of the richest countries in the world per GNP.

2~ irish people are the nicest

3~ we welcome foreign national as it create a mix of culture and diversity, which allows irish people to experience different traditation

  3. look up UK/Europe immigration laws.

she has to be a resident/citizen of that country.

she will have to prove she has a income enough to support her, pay her bills and support you and your expenses.

prove she has a house and a place for you and her to live.

you can not take any state money

you will have to prove that your marriage is legal in the eyes of the law of the country that you are going to. just because you have a certificate, it might not be valid were you want to go.

there are a lot of things that will have to be done, she should see a solicitor or a immigration adviser, or go to a citizens advice centre

  4. Getting a visa for a spouse for a foreign national is sometimes a straightforward process, but more often, it's not.

It takes time and patience. A friendly attitude and multiple copies of all your paperwork doesn't hurt either.

The other post was correct about some of the basics:

    1. You will have to prove that you're legally married,

    2. She will have to prove that she earns enough to support you.

    3. You will have to prove that you have health insurance (most likely through your spouse.)

All of the above (and more) will be on the government website. http://www.inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/Pages/WP0... These rules are mostly because the country wants to limit the number of immigrants who will be a financial burden on the state.

In my personal experience doing this (I have a residence visa for Ireland via my spouse), and the anecdotal experience of others who have gone through it, it can be a very stressful process. Although there are laws and a  process in place, it seems to often depend on the mood of the person behind the counter that day. I've personally experienced answers that seem contradictory, and arbitrary.

Because of all the above, you really should seek help, either an immigration lawyer or someone similar, to help you  figure things out. I've found that things move a lot faster in Ireland if you can talk to people face to face.

    Good luck, and have patience!
