We will be lucky to get out of the group let alone win the thing. if we get out it will be second placed and that means new zealand and they will kill us we havent had the ball flowing well at all in the warm up games we have had little success in the scrums which is major and we need to have a replacement of stringer who really is not able to stand up to the tackles at an international level

That's not as daft as it sounds in my opinion.  

I honestly believe Ireland can beat Argentina, and by the display France gave yesterday they can be beaten.  As such I can see Ireland being top of their group ( not convinced, but worth a bet)  after that it really comes down to the performance on the day and Ireland can't be written off.

It' a real outside bet, but not impossible with their 'playmakers' performing on the day.
