Irish Wedding favors?

We are having an Irish wedding ceremony and reception. I am trying to make wedding favors for the guests. Our budget is low. I have lace that I will cut into circles and tie with green ribbon. Inside of each circle I wish to place a piece of Ireland for 80 guests. What is the best irish tea bags in ireland that I can order over the internet. What is the best hard candy that would be wrapped individually. Are there any irish websites or suggestions from anyone living in Ireland that can help this bride. Lyons Tea is the top seller in Ireland, my own preference is the original Green Label which can be purchased at site 1 below in a hand 80 box, but that will mean you won't get to taste it yourself, might want to get two boxes.
