Where do I find a list of points needed for the different Irish college courses. I have googled it but can't find it.

  1. Just don't forget that these points change by year, cos they're from the demand for courses and results of that actual year. The points don't come out til you get your Leaving results.

So you can look at last year's points but just be aware that they change(ie can go up or down). You find them in student/career diary,CAO site and newspapers (but not this time of the year)

If you're only choosing LC subjects now, don't worry about points just consider what subjects might be required for a course...ie. Chemistry required for Medicine in nearly all Irish colleges. Just search the course requirements.

Hope that helps, happy subject choosing! (ehh uh i hated that part :P)

  2. Trinity College Dublin! woop

  3. If you're looking for a site for UL this one is useful:

    http://www.ul.ie/admissions/newprospectu...

Could you put up the site you found cz I'm  picking my subjects for LC in a few weeks too.

  4. Your school should have a list of them. See your Guidance counselor.

  5. http://www.qualifax.ie

is the one I use. It's really good.

  6. CAO .ie will tell you all you need to know , hurry up , if you wish to apply for this year
