So we are thinking about the name Killian Seamus, Does this ensure a life of *** kickings for my child? Thats what we are trying to shy away from. Yet we want something completely irish.

  1. I lik ethe name Cillian but I live in Ireland not America so I have no idea wether or not you're child will be teased.

(Cillian with a C though because there's no K in the Irish alphabet)

If you think they will tease him go for an Irish name like -

Niall (Although Niall O'Neill is a bit much)

    Ronan

    Brendan

    Dara

    Lorcan

The pronunciation is obvious and there's not really anything to tease someone over.

  2. We're Irish - my nephews are Rowan Shaun and Lachlan Flynn :) I love the name Lachlan - Lachlan Seamus might work depending on your last name :)

  3. Honestly, I really like the name Killian Seamus, but if you are worried about teasing theres some other Irish names that I absolutely love:

    Keegan

    Owen

    Reilly

    Connor

    Liam

    Nolan

    Sullivan

    Patrick

    Declan

    Kellen

    Kieran

    Brendan

  4. My favorites are Sean, Patrick, Connor, and Garrett.

  5. I don't like the "kill" part of Killian. I do like Seamus, though, and Killian sounds nice with it.

Other Irish boy names I love:

    Angus

    Eamonn ("ay-mun")

    Declan

Niall (but not with your last name)

    Bran

    Turlough ("tur-luh" or "tur-lock")

    Tiarnan ("teer-nahn")

    Finnian or Fionn or Finn

  6. I dont like it. sorry.  I like : Teagan, Decklan,Patrick, Keagan.   All irish. good luck. :)

  7. I think Gregory Seamus would be a little less bad, and you can keep the whole irish thing going.

  8. I like Aidan and Kevin a lot.

  9. yeah thats bad -- especially when he is actually old enough to order a Killians at the bar.  Have you thought about Cale?  That was my ex's name Cale O'Neill -- very irish and people liked it

  10. i love the name killian, just not seamus. killian is a tough name, but paired with Seamus, well... that's where the *** kickings would come in, but that's just my opinion.

  11. I like Seamus but not Killian.
