Irish wine retailars, how much is your profit margin on wine?

I'm starting a business importing wine from Italy and I'm trying to figure out how much to charge my customers... I was told that the cost + 60-70% profit + VAT is the way to work it out... but I'd like to hear more opinions! Thanks!
