When you beat your muscles with a stick i understand that the bones will get stronger, but how does that make you less prone to bruising. If your muscles literally get tougher is it because the muscle fibers fillup with more myrofibrilis

  1. i think you'd still bruise but probably wont feel the main as much or be used to the pain, its designed mostly for bones but

  2. Iron Body strengthens your skin and muscles as well as reinforces your bones. You will still bruise but your bones have a less chance of breaking.

  3. You skin get a sort of callus where bruising would be limited. I don't get shin bruises anymore after getting kicked there and also kicking the heavy bag. The muscles actually get stronger because when you do this type of conditioning you break the micro fibers and when they repair they get stronger. Also with the bone calcium deposits if you ever seen a Japanese masters knuckle they have that huge middle one, that comes from it being broken and repaired the build up of the bone.

  4. Iron body training toughens the bone only i think.
