Iron deficiency?

I had problems with feeling bad, headache and stuff. All of my blood test came normal, just my Iron level is 16,3, the measurement levels are (normal values) 16.0 - 24. for males. I'm 23 year old. Could my problem be due Iron deficiency

  1. Probably. Try eating foods high in iron to see if you feel differently. Like meats and lots of spinach. There isn't a lot you can do for iron dediciency except changing some habits.


  2. It could be iron defiency, and your symptoms could be explained by that. But anyway your doctor should investigate why you are loosing iron.

  3. The iron in your body effects your circulation, and sometimes due to bad blood flow, we have headaches because there's not enough oxygen gettin' to our brain, try taking an over the counter iron supplement. I hope u feel better,  I think in the store it says "ferros/ferrous sulfate" good luck!
