Iron man technology?

Can someone list the all technologic things showed in the iron man movie. I need to make a report about them

Well, there's a LOT of technology - heck, the main character is an engineer! And, technically, everything from Pepper's USB drive to the Iron Man suit to the cars to the power station to the cell phones are 'technology'. However, having had the benefit of a couple years of engineering school myself, I can help you break it down a bit into what exists, what's plausible, and what isn't.

First off, there's stuff that's already in use. This is the 'boring' part - it covers the phones and the cars and laptops, as well as the really standard military stuff like fighter jets and rockets, and for all practical purposes, we can put the first Iron Man suit into this category.

Then, there's the 'almost-there' technology that doesn't exist yet, but probably will in the next decade or so. The computer system, the robots, and most of the other stuff in Tony Stark's basement fall intothis category, including the second and third Iron Man suits. If you go on various science and engineering websites or magazines, you should be able to find plenty of articles on the beginning stages of such technology, and how it's scientifically possible.

Last, but most crucial to the movie, is the completely fictional technology. There are only two things that I can remember  that fall into this category - the little paralysing device (that looks like a non-lethal version of the one used by the 'hands of blue' guys in Firefly), and then the arc generator thing (the small one is the glowing blue circle in Tony's chest, and the large one is the thing Pepper overloads at the end to create the huge explosion).
