Iron-on paper intructions?

k, so im making a t-shirt will iron-on paper, but I lost the instructions. I have the white t-shirt instructions but im doing ti on a black shirt and I know its different. Does any one have the instruction or can tell me how to do it right?

it also comes with some kind of crepe paper thing...

Here are some instructions that mention a black shirt, but if it's not the brand of transfer you are using, it might be confusing.  Look up the brand of paper that you are using and they probably will have instructions on their web site.
