Iron-on t-shirt help, anyone?

I messed up my t-shirt using the iron-transfer sheets for light-colored shirts instead of dark-colored like my shirt is! I have the correct sheets now, and I want to know if there is anyway to take the old one off (it is already ironed on). If anyone has any suggestions that are greatly appreciated! 10 points to best...and there probably won't be many answers, so better chances!

I'm afraid they are designed to stay on.... I'm sorry, I know thats not what you are looking for.

I've made a few Iron on shirts in my time & they last a long time, through many washes... bleach, harsh detergents...

Maybe call the manfuacturer of the iron on sheets & see if they have any advice... or a website.
