Irrational fear of woman, any advice?

OK, so I'm just an guy who is afraid to ask out women. I've never had a girlfriend due to this. There have been about 10 woman I could have successfully asked out, but I didn't due to being a TREMENDOUS v****a, 3 of those were hot too (they have bf's now, go figure). It's not so much the fear of rejection, but it's like... I'm afraid they'll make a huge deal about it and devastate me with some snide remark or rude comment. I always picture woman doing something like that when you try to get personal with them.

Ok Dylan, the first thing you got to do is work on you self perception. Calling yourself a v****a is not helping things, but admitting that you need help is the first start.

Your problem is that you fear what people think of you so much you cant bear to ask a girl out. But the real problem is not asking a girl out its how you act around women.  I imagine you cant ask them out because you suddenly become shy and intimidated, this is a big turn off to women. More over your not confident with yourself to know that what your doing is right, what I mean is that your not 100 percent  convinced that talking to this girl is the right thing to do, so you wuss out.

Start by figuring out who you are and what you want. Be confident in your decisions even if they might be wrong, a true master realizes that there are no wrong choices just choices. Try positive affirmations (telling yourself  your awesome over and over) I know this sounds dumb but do it, after enough times of saying it you will start to believe it.

Once you believe in yourself approaching girls and asking them out wont be so hard. Heres a small trick. Do what ever you do to talk to a girl, have fun don’t ask her out. Then leave. Then turn right back around and say “O do you have email?” Everyone has email so get her to right it down. Then right when she is halfway writing it, say “While your at it write your phone number as well.”
