Irregular blinking lights

It's just stopped working. Now the lights are flashing 3 times then a short break.Seems like the machine needs 'resetting', or something.Happened after the basket got full and had to empty it.Hope someone out there can help me fast, I really need a coffee, badly :(Nicola
