i have recently changed my diet as of 3 weeks ago

at first, my bowel movements were very frequent [1-2 times EVERY day]

but this past week hasn't been as frequent at all, i haven't had to p**p in 3 days

my diet consists of water whenever i'm thirsty, 1-2 bowls of strawberry special K, edamome beans, 2 bowls of blueberries, grapes on occasion, a bowl of raspberries, broccoli, and sometimes strawberries and pineapple..for dinner i usually have chicken or turkey

and i run every day for 20-30 minutes...so why isn't this regularr

  1. you need to have some fiber in your diet! if you dont go here soon your stomach is really going to start hurting!!!!!! check this out if your trying to lose weight http;//www.trueweightlosetips.com/ashton...

  2. You need a healthy 'balanced' diet and yours isn't.  Try some Correctal to get yourself moving so you get over that sluggish feeling.  It normally works overnight.  Check out the Glycemic Index for fat-burning foods so that your diet gets balanced and you burn the extra fat calories instead of adding to them.  Drink lots of water as that keeps you hydrated.  The fruits are very good for you, just add more of the food groups so that you have fiber and the nutrients necessary for a healthy diet and good bowel habits.

  3. I'm not a nutritionist (and maybe these other answerers are) but that sounds like a more healthy diet than I have.   I don't want to worry you but I'd go ask a doctor or a friend that is a knowledgeable nurse etc.  cuz that sounds pretty healthy to me.  I live on burgers and sodas and junk food.
