Question:

Irregular verbs rules? and exceptions?

I'm a Korean language student and I'm getting a bit of confused over irregular verbs. Can people tell me all the rules and what it changes to when it followed by a vowel or whatever it may be.

Can someone please just give me a easy to use list. Like ᄃchanges ᄅ when followed by a vowel. A list of exceptions like 받다 for -ᄃ irregular would also be extremely helpful.

Thanks in advance!

  1. (This letter)+(followed by this letter)=(make this sound)

    ㄱ + ㄹ = ㅇㄴ

    ㄱ+ㅁ=ㅇㅁ

    ㄱ+ㅎ=ㅋ

    ㄴ+ㄹ=english "L"

    ㄷ+ㄹ=ㄷㄴ

    ㄷ+ㅎ=ㅌ

    ㄹ+ㄹ=english "L"

    ㅁ+ㄹ=ㅁㄴ

    ㅂ+ㄴ=ㅁㄴ

    ㅂ+ㄹ=ㅂㄴ

    ㅂ+ㅎ=ㅍ

    ㅅ+ㄹ=ㅌㄴ

    ㅇ+ㄹ=ㅇㄴ

    ㅈ+ㄹ=ㅈㄴ

    ㅋ+ㅎ=ㅋ

    ㅌ+ㄹ=ㅌ

    ㅌ+ㅎ=ㅌㄴ

    ㅍ+ㄹ=ㅍㄴ

    ㅍ+ㅎ=ㅍ

    ㅎ+ㄱ=ㅋ

    ㅎ+ㄴ=ㅌ

is this what you're talking about? for example.

미안합니다 is pronouned mi-an-haM-ni-da. instead of mi-an-haP-ni-da.
