  1. Sounds like me at your age. Retention is part of the problem caused by circumstances. Long rest periods had a way of healing the condition, but habits of binge drinking didn't help.

Fast fwd to years later, I had an operation to remove diverticulitis in the large bowel, and the problem went away dramatically. When this condition is ignored, complications can arise like adhesions and fistulas to bladder and adhesion to ovaries, girls. A lady I knew was one sick puppy over that.

  2. Hi. I know the feeling well. I've had IBS for years. I think you need to make your teachers aware of the problem before hand, so they don't think you're just getting up and walking out of class for no reason ( which does happen in college sometimes ). I know it's hard not to be embarrassed by this sometimes, but you shouldn't be, you have an illness. Try not to stress yourself out by worrying too much, because as i'm sure you are aware, stress makes IBS worse. I'm sure you'll do just fine. Good Luck with school, hugs :-)

  3. Try eating more fish and taking fish oil pills. These seem to calm down the nerves in the intestinal tract in some people.

  4. It seems, as per symptoms reported by u, u may be suffering from amoebiasis. better u go in for stool examination @ any local reputed diagnostic centre and then come out with the investigation reports.

  5. Try a mostly vegetable diet.
