  1. Putting on some diaper rash cream sounds like a good idea.  I've gotten rashes a few times before so I change my pads a lot to try to avoid getting rashes.  I don't wear tampons at all, so I have to pay close attention to when my pad is wet so I can change it right away.

  2. Try wipes. They relieve some of the pain. Also try vaseline.

  3. Yes,  disperr rash cream  sounds good to me!   mabey if your  barely spotting a panty liner would be better? less of a rash?

  4. Are you using new pads? If so, try another brand. As well, perfumed ones are more irritating to the skin. Panty liners may also work better if it is only light spotting... you don't need a full pad.

You can use Playtex personal wipes to help soothe the area after using the washroom. And only use a mild soap with no perfumes, dyes or lotions in it... those can irritate the area more so.

Don't use Vaseline... it is not water based and non water based products do not belong on your v****a. You can use the diaper rash cream safely, put do not let any get inside.

If it persists, see your doctor.
