  1. go to the IRS website I believe they have a link for fraud what a shame so many people take advantage of the system and the people who need it cant get it!

  2. call the irs up and give them her ssn and address and stuff like that. tell them all you know and your name and addy they may give you a percentage of what they get.

  3. I dont agree with what your friend is doing at all.  It makes it harder for people who really need these benefits to receive them.  But if this girl is your friend why are you trying to get her jail time?

  4. Contact the IRS and ask for the appropriate department.  Give them the particulars such as the person's name, address etc and details of your complaint.  You do not have to identify yourself.  If they see merit in the complaint they will put an investigator on the case and put the person under surveillance.  Whether there will be charges and penalties levied is up to the IRS.  You are doing the right thing

  5. probably a letter to their audit unit with as much specific detail as you can provide

  6. call the 1 800 number and tell them about it just to let you know they will be most likely going to jail....

  7. Got to the IRS website at irs.gov

  8. Call up the state welfare or foodstamp office and the IRS and turn them in. These criminals will loose their stolen benefits and probably have to pay a huge fat fine, possibly even serve jail time. This is a wretched, vile crime, to steal benefits that are intended for the poor and needy.

  9. If you report the fraud to the IRS, you will get a reward of up to 10 percent of the unpaid taxes, and if you report the food stamp fraud to the police, you get to see her face on the front page as she's led off to jail.

    Make the call.
