Irs site updated, now when would you guess i should see my stimulus?

Ok, so the irs site says that my check is to be issued june 20, then it says if you do not receive your check by june 18 to contact them. so when would you say i should see it in the mail? preferably from people that got theirs and payed attention. Also if i get it before the 20th does it mean i cant cash it until then?

Read it again - if it is going to be ISSUED on June 20 then they didn't say if you didn't get it by June 18 to contact them.

You'll probably see it sometime the week of June 23 - mail takes a few days.

I also got that same notice.  I would think (according to the wording) that "issued" means that they are processing our payment for mailing on the 20th- meaning we should get it around the 23rd or 24th.  I doubt any sooner than that.  This seems to be the case after reading many posts.

I think you misread.  The irs site probably said if you do not receive it by July 18th to contact them.  And, the check should me MAILED on 6/20, not received.  Mine was supposed to be mailed this past Friday and I have not received it yet.  Yours should arrive early in the week after the 20th.
