  1. yeah- google- eat this not that- check out the website by maxim- vitamin water is worse than soda- it is so unhealthy

anyways the website tells why it is so unhealty tells how much sugar is in it,and tells about other unhealthy foods/drinks marketed as healthy

  2. depends on what kind of vitamins but 1 a day isn't bad for you. regular water is the same if u only drink one a day. because u get ur vitamins from food not water unless ur not eating.

  3. If it's one a day, then I think it's a bad habit (I was the same).  I found out the regular sized bottles have 125 calories and a lot of sugar, so I stopped and will have one once in a while.

  4. they give you a daily boost, but only because the sugar makes you energetic, so it's loaded with sugar and it's technically a heart attack in a bottle

  5. It probably isn't THAT bad to have one a day. Its still a lot of sugar, but not nearly as much as soda or even fruit juice. Try Sobe Life Water, it has less calories and tastes the same.

  6. Unhealthy Drinks/Vitamin Water

    Worst "Healthy" Drink

Glaceau VitaminWater (any flavor; 20 oz bottle)

    130 calories

    33 grams sugar

Vitamins and water might sound like the ultimate nutritional tag team, but what the label doesn’t say is that a bottle of this stuff carries nearly as much sugar and calories as a can of Coke. Makes sense, though, since this so-called functional beverage is produced by our often-sugar-crazy friends at The Coca-Cola Company.

  7. im 14 and it is beacause it has high fructose corn syrup and food coloring wich aren't good to drink in our stages of life.
