That is a very good time... the best in my school was 56.3 by a guy in 8th, your doing very well, for a girl it was 64 compared to your 70seconds.

It is an excellent time for a female your age. Keep working at it and as you get older, you should really be able to improve your time.

I'm 13 but i'm in 8th grade.  My 400 time is 0:58 so i guess it's good.  BUt you might want to shave some seconds off.  My little sister is in 7th and she runs the 400 in 1:03 so your time is very good for your age.

I think so its better than mine i ran 1.29 but im only 12 and it was my first time running it and timing.

Yes, its a good time.  there are a few people on my team who have 70 seconds as their PR, and those on my team are 15
