i think at like 6 months pregnant or something it's eye's are developing a little vision...

but if you meant one month pregnant then No! it's doesn't even has eye's at one month pregnant....

i think you mean if you're one month pregnant can the baby be seen. if so the answer is yes it can be seen up on an ultrasound/sonogram.
