Is 10 hours with a personal trainer enough for kick boxing?

10 sessions and its 1 on 1 so he will be training me only

  1. That depends on how far you want to go with the kick boxing. If your aim is just to get fit then that's more than enough, if its to get fairly good at kick boxing then that's perfect, if its to join competitions than that's less than would be required to actually win, if its to go pro and make a career that is far too little. Pro and career also depends on how competitive and how far you aim to go but either way, it's still too little for professional standard. However, this doesn't mean go push youself beyond your capabilities, if the workouts are challenging and the workouts really push you to the limit then don't force any further. You need to gradually increase the intensity so that whenever you feel it's not challenging enough increase the intensity, then work at that level till you feel it's too easy, keep going like that until you reach your desired level.


  2. but what for???? i understand he will be training you but i do not think he will pass his knowledge down to you in 10 hours... Even if 1 on 1
