  2. It totally depends on how strong you are, Im 17 and i can just about do 3 sets of 10 with 10 kg dumbells.

    But the point is to keep training and increasing weight amount to increase your strength.

  4. Starting off on 10kg isn't a good idea. Start small or you'll end up injuring yourself.

    If you've been doing weights for a while (a few weeks at least) then try doing a few lifts with 10's. Please bear in mind, that if you try to do too much it WILL hurt - it won't hurt while you're doing it, but it will hurt later!

    Finally - a quick tip, if you do weights every other day, you give your muscles time to relax, and so they will build faster and stronger - trust me!
