Is 10 minutes enough to change a train in Milano Centrale?

Only if the tain arrives on time and your clear what train your changing to and have tickets already

Rather allow more time. Milano Centrale is a large station with long ways and lots of traffic. And, most probably, you will have enough luggage not to run. As said before, rather have a capuchino between the trains!

It depends which platforms you must get between and if your arriving train is late.

They will not hold connections, so I don't think 10 minutes is enough, allow an hour and have a cappucchino !
